  • システム仕様書の理解とレビュー
  • テストスコープの分析およびテストプラン作成
  • 機能テスト(FT)および結合テスト(SIT)のプラン・結果のレビュー
  • テストプランに基づいたテストの実施、不具合の起票および再テスト
  • ユーザー受入テスト(UAT)サポート
  • IT部の各チーム(BA, スペックライター、開発、QAおよびPM)とのコミュニケーション
  • テスト環境管理並びに、他システムとのテスト環境調整
  • テスト進捗管理
  • 問題の管理と報告
