The position will assist in planning and implementing sales incentives programs, prepare projection reports, progress reports and analysis commentaries for different sales incentives programs to enable better sales monitoring.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Degree holder in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Studies or Finance related subjects, preferably FLMI holder

  • At least 6 years of work experience with at least 3 years in project management and MIS reporting

  • Experience in life insurance industry is a definite advantage

  • Good team player and able to work under pressure and tight timeline

  • Good analytical and numeric skills, and strong business sense

  • Good organization skills and attentive to details

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processingCandidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

On the job you will:

  • Responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of sales incentives programs

  • Coordinate and manage internal and industry recognition programs and awards

  • Prepare projection reports for sales incentives programs to help achieve sales target, drive good product mix and meet sales budget

  • Prepare progress reports for different awards and sales incentives programs, provide sales analysis and commentaries to management for better sales monitoring

  • Review the appeal cases for awards and sales incentives programs, and provide proper recommendations for management’s decision

  • Plan and monitor the expenses are within budget for each individual incentives program

  • Coordinate with different stakeholders and departments in driving various sales MIS automation projects
