We’re looking for a Claims Senior Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for reviewing and analyzing benefit coverage, performing data migration tasks, and managing routine work to meet quality and productivity targets. The role involves collaborating with team members, handling process inquiries, and responding to communications efficiently and professionally. Accuracy, timeliness, and effective use of tools and procedures are key to success in this position.
Position Responsibilities:
- Process and adjudicate claims with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
- Apply contractual limitations and standard operating procedures effectively.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders including Technical Services and Vitech.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Open to Claims Associates, CSC, PMA, and PDS with at least 1 year tenure in their current role.
- Must have achieved 10 out of 12 months of performance targets.
- No attendance issues or disciplinary actions on record.
- Strong comprehension, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and willingness to support overtime when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with strong assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
- Solid understanding of benefit tiers, claims processing, and SOPs.
- Proficient in tools such as GB Mainframe, V3locity, AWD, ManuConnect.
- Achieved 90%+ on post-training assessments and consistent quality performance.
