This role sits within the Fund Administration group in GWAM Operations and will support both day‑to‑day trading activities and high‑profile strategic initiatives. The individual will work closely with onshore teams in Boston as well as offshore partners, playing a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient fund operations.

The position offers strong exposure to trading processes, cross‑functional stakeholders, and project‑based work within a fast‑paced asset management environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily trading operations, including trade lifecycle processing, reconciliation, and issue resolution

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions across assigned funds

  • Partner with internal trading, portfolio management, and operations teams to resolve breaks and exceptions

  • Assist in maintaining operational controls and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures

  • Participate in high‑profile operational and strategic projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, and workflow automation

  • Support testing, implementation, and documentation of new processes or platforms

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify operational risks and efficiency opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment

  • Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with global teams

Please note the salary range is $42,900 to $44,850 USD.
