Internal Wholesaler

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and relationship‑driven Internal Wholesaler to join our distribution team. If you love connecting with advisors, enjoy a fast‑paced sales environment, and get energized by turning conversations into results, this role is for you.
You’ll support growth within an assigned territory, partner closely with your Regional Vice President, and play a key role in amplifying our value proposition to financial professionals. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident managing a high‑volume desk while still delivering a great experience to every advisor they support. The position offers a commission‑based incentive with base salary and opportunities for performance bonuses and extensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with firms and advisors within an assigned territory.
- Share the organization’s value proposition and product story to drive new business opportunities.
- Proactively promote products, programs, and solutions that support advisor needs and business growth.
- Partner closely with Sales Support, the Regional Vice President, and Sales Management to support territory strategy and execution.
- Develop individual sales goals and plans aligned to business targets.
- Build and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline to ensure consistent activity and results.
- Apply best practices to ensure personal and team success.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Contribute to messaging, tools, and resources that enhance distribution engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of prior sales or phone‑based sales experience.
- State Life/Health licensing (or ability to obtain).
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to build consensus and collaborate effectively.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to articulate business cases and recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in financial services, distribution, or related industries.
- FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63
- Life and Annuities experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Salary range is expected to be between
$45,000.00 USD - $75,000.00 USDEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
