Partnering with leaders across business and technology, this role helps bridge the gap between strategy and delivery by defining target‑state designs, aligning stakeholders, and supporting enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys navigating complexity, influencing across functions, and shaping how organizations operate to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Translate business strategies into target‑state capability, process, and solution designs.

  • Define, maintain, and evolve enterprise capability models that inform investment and delivery decisions.

  • Identify gaps across people, process, technology, and information that impact execution.

Architecture & Design

  • Create end‑to‑end service blueprints, experience flows, application, integration, and data models.

  • Articulate future‑state visions using clear, accessible diagrams and artifacts.

  • Partner with enterprise and domain architects to ensure alignment across business and technology domains.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Work closely with functional leaders, product owners, and technology partners to align priorities and outcomes.

  • Serve as a liaison across architecture, delivery, governance, and program teams.

  • Collaborate with procurement, product, and architecture partners on vendor strategy, including SOWs and RFPs.

Leadership & Enablement

  • Coach and mentor business analysts and team members on complex or escalated initiatives.

  • Contribute to training materials and knowledge‑sharing efforts to support transformation adoption.

  • Act as a change leader supporting enterprise and business‑unit initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in business architecture, business analysis, or product‑focused roles within complex organizations.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into executable designs and delivery outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of agile principles and scaled delivery environments.

  • Experience working closely with both business and technology stakeholders.

Skills That Help You Succeed:

  • Excellent communication and visualization skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and organizational change.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services, retirement, or other regulated industries

  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, BizBok)

  • Exposure to emerging technologies or digital transformation initiatives
