Your work will have direct impact on Liberty's bottom line as we build the next generation of underwriting technology that streamlines complex processes, reduces manual effort, and provides our teams with a "single pane of glass" to make faster, more accurate decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Team & Portfolio Coordination:
- Manages dependencies and initiatives spanning multiple teams and domains
- Maintains work visibility, identifies blockers, and escalates issues as needed
- Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure alignment and maintain delivery momentum
- Serves as communication hub between teams, leadership, and stakeholders
Problem Solving & Consensus Building:
- Facilitates complex problem-solving across diverse teams and competing priorities
- Builds consensus among stakeholders with different perspectives and objectives
- Manages multiple priorities while maintaining strategic focus
Stakeholder Management:
- Facilitates difficult conversations and applies conflict resolution skills
- Maintains transparency and builds networks of change agents
- Supports organizational Agile transformation at both tactical and strategic levels
Qualifications
Familiarity with software development life cycle and experience driving delivery in an agile tech environment
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects across multiple teams engaged in disparate work
- Bachelor`s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, humanities, etc.) and at least 5 years related experience
- Beginner/1st level Scrum certification preferred
- Knowledge/training equivalent to advanced/2nd level certifications from a reputable Lean-Agile organization a plus but not required (PSM II, ICAgile Professional ? Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF), ICAgile Professional ? Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC))
- Scrum certification strongly preferred
- Experience working in a scaled agile framework preferred
- Thorough knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies and objectives
- Track record of continued and recent education in Lean-Agile including training, conferences, user groups, cohorts, self-study, etc

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
