The Data Science and Analytics enablement team is looking for a self-starter who is passionate about ushering in new and critical capabilities across the Data Science, BI & Analytics, and GenAI spaces. You will have a front row seat and help to drive the design, deployment, and enablement of functionality for hundreds of users across multiple platforms.
Business Need
Lead analyst for the USRM Data Science portfolio; serve as a senior technical
resource and mentor across advanced analytics reporting and observability.
Partner with data science, ML engineering, product owners, and data engineering to
define capability-usage metrics, instrument telemetry, and productionize
prototype observability into centralized, trusted dashboards.
Provide analytical guidance and dashboards supporting data science products and ongoing
Data Collaboration and ML Ops well lit path needs.
Build, maintain, and scale data solutions and self-service reporting for aligned DS
products and stakeholders (self-serve information pages, usage statistics,
capability adoption, observability).
Design and stand-up ingestion pipelines to capture product and partner telemetry into
Snowflake; centralize and model the data to enable a unified advanced dashboard
across the DS portfolio.
Align with governance standards (metadata, lineage) to ensure observability data
meets quality and traceability expectations.
Define business-impactful metrics and ensure visibility into DS platform and product
health, usage, adoption, and outcomes and provide insights that inform
prioritization, enablement, and training.
Immediate routine scope on near horizon
Preserve bench strength of senior DS analytics expertise to set direction, reduce cycle
time, and prevent rework across observability and reporting.
Keep data science product commitments on track through dedicated analysis, telemetry
instrumentation, and dashboards; deliver net-new observability capabilities
(usage/adoption, performance, reliability).
Stand up and maintain Snowflake-centered pipelines to unify telemetry from DS
products and partner tools to maintain a single, trusted advanced dashboard
(Power BI) for stakeholder visibility.
Sustain stakeholder visibility with self-service information pages, release notes,
FAQs, and training to drive adoption and help users choose and use DS products
effectively.
Coordinate with governance teams to align metadata/lineage and compliance expectations for
observability data streams.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Strong written and oral communication skills required
- Bachelor`s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline preferred
- Master`s in same or related disciplines strongly preferred
- 5-7 years experience in coding for data management, data warehousing, or other data environments, including, but not limited to, working in NoSQL implementation, ETL, Java, scripting languages (Python, Perl, Shell), and the Hadoop stack
- 5-7 years experience as developer with top quadrant Business Intelligence tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience building PowerBI reports with high efficiency modeling
- Experience with cloud compute provisioning and data access concepts
- Experience with feature store and feature engineering concepts

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
