  • Serve as the primary product liaison to senior stakeholders (GCS leadership, Internal Audit, Global Partners, Legal, etc.) to validate priorities and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive cross-portfolio initiatives (e.g., Global Assurance Control Testing Program, new global certifications, and transformative work supporting our AI journey) and ensure integration with platform capabilities.
  • Define, monitor and report portfolio KPIs (e.g., time-to-assurance, control coverage, defect/remediation rates, audit findings closure).
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, assumptions, and compliance gaps; make trade-off decisions and escalate when required.
  • Coach and collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Specialists and delivery teams to ensure consistent practices, high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 7+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience, including portfolio-level or multi-product leadership in enterprise environments.
