Description
This role sits at the center of one of our most critical enterprise data investments—Data Access Management—with a mandate to simplify how data is accessed while strengthening security, privacy, and compliance. We’re hiring a Director, Data Products to serve as the Product Owner. As the Product Owner and strategic program experience leader, you will shape the future of data identity and access for analytics across the enterprise, partnering closely with engineering, governance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, intuitive, and risk‑aware access solutions. If you thrive at the intersection of data, security, and product leadership—and enjoy driving complex, cross‑functional initiatives—this role offers both visibility and impact.
The Product Owner will serve as the strategic and execution lead for a flagship Data Access Management initiative. This role drives enterprise data identity and access management strategies for systems of insight and analytics tools, enabling secure, compliant, and streamlined access to data for both human and non‑human users. The role combines strong product ownership of a data engineering squad with cross‑enterprise leadership to align stakeholders, simplify access models, and mature access risk management capabilities across USRM data products.
