Description
In today’s data-driven landscape, mastering the art of managing and leveraging data is essential to unlocking an organization’s full potential—fueling informed decision-making, driving operational excellence, and securing a lasting competitive edge. Join our dynamic Data Product & Operations team and seize the opportunity to shape innovative Talent Data Products that empower the People, Purpose, and Brand organization, while also delivering impactful insights to stakeholders across the entire enterprise.
This role articulates and translates the strategic vision into the development and ongoing management of data products that drive enterprise-wide impact. The incumbent will engage proactively with talent and enterprise stakeholders to identify gaps where formalized data products are needed, and will lead the creation of the design, acceptable use cases, KPIs, quality measures, access patterns, and comprehensive implementation plans. Working independently on moderately complex assignments, the role requires specialized knowledge and the ability to balance deep technical and business detail with a broad strategic view across multiple data domains.
Once data products are live, the incumbent will maintain close alignment with evolving stakeholder needs, continuously intake feedback, and own the product feature roadmap to ensure sustained value delivery. This individual will need to collaborate closely with various data personas—including stewards, strategy, solutions, business partners, and technology teams— provide guidance to colleagues, and partner effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure data products align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value to customers and the business.
