Description
The US Retail Markets (USRM) Personal Lines Auto Product Delivery and Development team for OneAuto is growing! We are looking to add multiple Workstream Leads & Milestone Project Managers. OneAuto is a key component of the Frontier strategy; a multi-year business and technology transformation effort that aims to radically simplify and accelerate how USRM goes to market, powered by a modern, future-ready unified insurance platform.
**Please note this is a job grade range 15 (Sr. Analyst) to 16 (Consultant) depending on experience.**
Workstream Project Managers will focus on one of the core pieces of our Product – Third Party Data, Telematics, Underwriting, Features & Experience, Core Pricing & RV. This role partners directly with Product SMEs, POs and other cross functional counterparts to deliver OneAuto requirements for their workstream across all milestones.
Examples of responsibilities for the role include:
- Synthesize research and analysis into actionable outcome statements that impact go-forward product design
- Collaborate with Delivery-led workstreams, IT, and Product partners to guide day-to-day activities through launch
- Contribute to project timelines and roadmaps, closely following risks and dependencies
- Ability to work through ambiguity and chart a course forward to optimize speed and building a go forward product foundation
- Drive consensus with business partners with differing points of view
Milestone Project Managers will focus on one of the core business journeys in OneAuto – New Business, Servicing or Legacy Migration. This role helps drive holistic progress for the milestone and owns requirements and activities that span or fall outside established workstreams.
Examples of responsibilities for the role include:
- Own milestone project tracker to help identify dependencies, risks, and time‑sensitive items
- Facilitate cross‑functional decisions by synthesizing ambiguous inputs into clear options, recommended next steps, and produce concise status updates to enable timely decision‑making
- Contribute to project timelines and roadmaps, closely following risks and dependencies
- Ability to work through ambiguity and chart a course forward to optimize speed and building a go forward product foundation
- Drive consensus with business partners with differing points of view
The ideal candidate for either role is a self‑starter who excels at project management, analytical problem solving, and stakeholder influence — able to bring clarity to ambiguity and drive cross‑functional outcomes amid competing priorities.
