- Support the documentation and maintenance of end-to-end operating procedures for assigned platform relationships (including roles and hand-offs across teams)
- Own/oversee control framework for assigned relationship programs (e.g., data validations, reconciliation sign-offs, exception management, and audit readiness)
- Identify process breakdowns, data issues, reconciliation errors, and implement corrective actions with the appropriate teams through to successful resolution
Bordereaux, Data Quality & Reporting
- Partner with the relevant leaders and teams to oversee receipt, validation, and loading of premium and claims bordereaux within agreed SLAs; escalate and resolve data quality issues

- Support actuarial and finance analyses by ensuring accurate presentation of exposure, premium, and loss information
- Financial Operations
- Partner with the relevant Finance teams to support the Estimated Premium Income (EPI) management process, including tracking estimates, adjustments, and partner submissions
- Work with Finance and Operations to help ensure the appropriate system setup is in place (including required codes), and support accurate cash allocation, settlement, and statement reconciliation
Claims & Replenishments
- Coordinate with Claims and partners to ensure claims bordereaux quality and timely processing
- Ensure claims replenishments (where applicable) are calculated and paid correctly and exceptions are resolved
