Description

The Strategy and Insights team within the Enterprise Transformation Office is looking for a motivated Senior Associate to join the Procurement Analytics team. In this role, you will support Enterprise Procurement by helping analyze data, create reports, and generate insights about supplier spend, and performance. Your work will help the business better understand supplier relationships and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value.

You will partner with more experienced analysts and business stakeholders to help answer operational and strategic questions.

This position is designated as Remote. Employees in this role will perform their job responsibilities from a home-based office

Responsibilities

  • Support analysis that helps inform Enterprise Procurement strategies and business goals
  • Prepare clear and simple summaries, reports, and presentations to share insights with stakeholders
  • Assist in analyzing procurement spend and learning about market and category trends
  • Contribute to project workstreams with guidance from senior team members
  • Work with large datasets from multiple sources to help answer business questions
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track operational and spend metrics
  • Help maintain and improve existing reports and data processes
  • Collaborate with data providers, analysts, and business partners
  • Learn and follow best practices for data quality, documentation, and analysis
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Familiarity with data tools or languages such as SQL, Python, DAX, or Snowflake (hands‑on experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Strong curiosity, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new tools, concepts, and business processes
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in analytics, data, and using insights to support business decisions
