Description
The USRM Cross-Claims Analytics team seeks a collaborative and analytical professional to deliver data-driven vendor insights across multiple lines of business. You’ll partner with vendor managers and business experts to define performance metrics and enable visibility into progress against targets/KPIs, influence strategic decisions, and support initiatives that enhance vendor performance. This role thrives on stakeholder engagement, autonomy, and driving change in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Synthesizes data from internal and external sources to define requirements for standardized vendor performance scorecards and broader initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendor managers to deliver insights that inform vendor relationships and strategy.
- Partner with line-of-business experts to shape key metrics and benchmarks.
- Guide the creation of dashboards by articulating analytical needs to technical teams.
- Contribute to multiple vendor initiatives, driving operational, financial, and strategic improvements.
- Manage multiple projects, navigating ambiguity, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
This is a remote position for candidates who reside within 50 miles of a hub office, will be required to go in office 2 days per week. Please note this policy is subject to change.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics or other quantitative field.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant work experience required.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software (e.g., SAS, Access).
- Must have good planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
