Job introduction:

Product management is at the intersection between customer value, technical feasibility, and long‑term cybersecurity strategy. Within Identity and Access Management what we do matters to employees, customers, agents and brokers every day. As the Product Owner aligned with Privileged Access Management, your primary responsibility is to the Engineering Experience​ with a focus on automation and integration of PAM services in developer supply chain (API | Pipeline & Developer Marketplace) and just in time administrative access to restore service. In this role what you’ll do.

About the job:

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Create and communicate a multi-year PAM product vision aligned with enterprise cybersecurity strategy.
  • Influence IAM and cybersecurity portfolio direction, shaping long-term priorities and milestones.
  • Lead modernization efforts including automation, platform transformation, and improved ecosystem visibility.

Roadmap Ownership

  • Own and defend the PAM roadmap, including the CyberArk → Delinea migration.
  • Reassess and reframe the roadmap based on audit needs, risk decisions, technical debt, and strategic goals.

Data-Driven Outcomes

  • Develop KPIs that measure resilience, credential hygiene, and operational efficiency.
  • Apply data analysis to prioritize backlog items, guide remediation, and inform investments.

Backlog & Delivery Leadership

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring actionable, clear user stories.
  • Collaborate daily with engineering squads to clarify requirements and deliver value predictably.
  • Remove blockers, resolve dependencies, and keep teams aligned on priorities.

Product Health & Risk Management

  • Monitor and enhance product health through expanded observability.
  • Lead initiatives that reduce audit findings and accelerate remediation timelines.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and policy requirements.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Communicate strategy, roadmap, and progress with clarity to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Build trust across IAM, Security Engineering, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Audit teams.
  • Serve as the organization’s primary subject-matter leader for privileged access capabilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Humanities, related field or commensurate work experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years of Product Owner experience with demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-scope products.
  • Proven ability to set priorities, articulate business value, and influence across organizational boundaries.
  • Expertise engaging diverse audiences to align on complex ideas and decisions.
  • Strong command of Agile practices and comfort navigating uncertainty.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Insurance or cybersecurity portfolio experience strongly preferred.
  • Experimental, innovative mindset with a bias toward continuous improvement.
