Description
The Experience and Cross USRM (EXU) Analytics Team is seeking a strategic thinker to leverage complex unstructured data to help inform and guide business decisions of the Knowledge Development Solutions (KDS) organization. As a strategic thought partner to KDS leadership, you will translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders. This individual will play a critical role in the evolution of data and insights, which is crucial in supporting broader organization goals.

Responsibilities:
- Works independently with unstructured data, curate data and ensure data governance adherence to enable analytical insights. Partner with key stakeholders in the ecosystem to support data evolution of Knowledge Development and Solutions Org.
- Strategic thinker who is able to understand the role KDS plays in the broader context, can navigate multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and recommend to the KDS organization what work to focus on to support org objectives.
- Conducts a range of complex analyses to proactively identify optimization opportunities, value those opportunities, and influence prioritization and trade-off decisions
- Generates additional insights by further fleshing out current metrics, refining logic to improve accuracy, and leveraging newly available data products
- Produces meaningful observations and recommendations through synthesizing data from internal and external sources. Utilizes advanced statistical techniques.
- Thought partner and supports to junior analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 7 years of applied business/non-academic experience, or equivalent and/or Master's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or any other quantitative field plus a minimum 5 years of applied business / non-academic experience.
- Proven track record of developing and applying modeling to business problems. Deep knowledge of data sources, tools and business drivers.
- Ability to apply more advanced analytical concepts to improve business outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, macros, scripts, formulas, data visualization, etc.), PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (SAS, Emblem).
- Must have good planning, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
