Under direct supervision, assists with compliance research and regulatory analysis to support business operations. This role focuses on executing assigned tasks and providing support to senior compliance analysts and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with compliance monitoring projects by gathering data, preparing documentation, and supporting project deliverables.
• Execute manual audits and basic compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Research and respond to routine compliance inquiries under guidance from senior team members.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting for compliance activities.
• Support communication efforts by drafting bulletins and preparing summaries and presentations for stakeholder review.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Experience with AI, data and reporting preferred.
