As a Dir I, Data Products (STP), you’ll be the force that transforms our strategic ambitions into innovative data products and solutions. Your work will directly shape how our teams operate and how we engage with customers, elevating the products and services we deliver. Through continual innovation, rigorous evaluation, and implementation, you’ll ensure our data products not only meet the evolving needs of the organization but also set new standards in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Turn Vision into Action: Translate high-level strategy into actionable roadmaps for data products that deliver measurable results.

Lead Product Development: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products—from ideation and backlog creation to execution and launch—while driving continuous improvement.

Deliver Business Value: Prioritize product features and enhancements based on stakeholder and customer impact, ensuring every effort adds meaningful value.

Champion Innovation: Identify opportunities for new data solutions, leveraging emerging technologies to solve critical business challenges and stay ahead of industry trends.

Problem Solve with Data: Partner with Engineering to break down complex data issues, prototype creative solutions, and ensure they are viable, scalable, and maintainable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
  • 7-10 years of Product Owner experience
  • Proven ability to set priorities, articulate business value, and influence across organizational boundaries.
  • Expertise engaging diverse audiences to align on complex ideas and decisions.
  • Strong command of Agile practices and comfort navigating uncertainty.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
