The role is designed for an experienced Project Manager who operates as an individual contributor while maintaining regular, high visibility exposure to senior leaders and field executives. This role supports engagement execution across two primary fronts: (1) leadership and executive broker and client engagements, and (2) GRS hosted and GRS attended events. The Project Manager is responsible for leading the preparation and coordination required to ensure GRS executives show up to engagements in a consistent, strategic, and well-prepared manner.

The Project Manager partners closely with Field Operations & Client executives, the GRS Data team, and the Events team, and collaborates across multiple internal stakeholders including North America, Liberty Specialty Markets, Reinsurance, Surety, USRM, and corporate teams. This role requires strong influence, judgment, and communication skills to guide preparation, surface risks, and drive executional rigor.

Key Accountabilities:

Broker and Client Engagement Preparation and Execution (Primary Focus):

  • Lead planning and execution of broker and client engagements involving GRS leadership and field executives.
  • Translate engagement strategy into clear preparation plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Own the development and coordination of executive ready briefing materials, including agendas, executive summaries, broker intelligence, client intelligence, bios, and relevant data insights.
  • Coordinate post engagement follow-up, action tracking, and reporting to ensure outcomes and next steps are clearly documented.

GRS Events Strategy and Execution Support:

  • Lead engagement preparation for GRS hosted and GRS attended events in close partnership with the Events team.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality preparation across events, including briefing materials, engagement objectives, and executive readiness.
  • Manage overlapping event and engagement timelines, applying strong prioritization and organizational discipline.

Cross Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with the GRS Data team to source, validate, and incorporate broker, client, and performance data into engagement materials.
  • Collaborate across North America Field Operations and adjacent business units, including Liberty Specialty Markets, Reinsurance, Surety, US RM, and corporate teams.
  • Act as a central point of coordination across executives, field leaders, data partners, and event stakeholders to align expectations and execution.

Strategy Enablement and Executive Presence:

  • Support the broader broker and client engagement strategy by reinforcing how, where, when, and why GRS executives engage with brokers and clients.
  • Ensure engagement preparation aligns to strategic priorities, target relationships, and desired outcomes.

Program Management and Ad Hoc Initiatives:

  • Manage multiple engagements and projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards for execution, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Lead preparation activities by coordinating materials, reporting, and action tracking across workstreams.
  • Support ad hoc and short-term initiatives that arise within the Strategy & Operations team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management or program coordination experience.
  • Insurance industry experience required, with understanding of commercial insurance operations, products, underwriting, and go to market teams.
  • Familiarity with the broker landscape and broker client relationship models preferred.
