What You'll Do:
Lead with Impact
- Spearhead the rollout of next-gen Auto pricing programs across the country, specializing in a subset of states
- Guide and mentor a dynamic team of 5-6 product analysts, helping them grow their careers while delivering state-specific launches
- Serve as the go-to Product expert, influencing strategy and decision-making across departments
Drive Innovation
- Partner cross-functionally to implement best-in-class tools, processes, and data solutions that set the standard for delivery excellence
- Champion initiatives that accelerate delivery timelines while improving accuracy and quality
Make Your Mark
- Own high-visibility projects that directly contribute to Liberty's profitable growth goals
- Present updates and insights to Auto Product leadership, shaping the direction of our business
- Collaborate across teams to break down silos and create seamless execution

Who You Are
You're a strategic thinker who loves solving complex problems. You thrive in collaborative environments and know how to balance big-picture vision with hands-on execution. You're passionate about developing talent and driving results through others.
Preferred qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant experience, with progressively more responsibility, within an insurance organization
- The ability to develop and manage a team in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing team culture and a DE&I focus
- People leading experience beneficial, but not required
- Experience with pricing products beneficial, but not required
- Highly developed quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills (planning, timeline management, gaining buy-in, organization, contingency planning, etc.
- MBA or advanced degree in quantitative field preferred but not required
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and concepts.
- Strong ability to manage all aspects of the project management life cycle.
- Project management certification strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise influence; engage employees; communicate effectively; promote collaboration, team work and change initiatives; and build value for customers through a service orientation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Displays solid business acumen and integrated thinking.
- Strong business operations knowledge to include understanding the function's value chain and market conditions strongly preferred.
- Competencies typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience to include project management work and prior experience working in an effective leadership capacity.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
