Description
Our US Retail Markets (USRM) Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Director, Strategy & Enablement. In this high-impact role you will provide alignment support by translating key strategic initiatives into action—setting priorities, creating clarity, and driving cross-functional programs that develop the business-unit strategy and deliver measurable results while tracking progress in close collaboration with partners across the team.
What you’ll do:
- Drive alignment setting meeting cadences, crafting focused agendas, and guiding strategic discussions and decision-making.
- Translate strategy into persuasive presentations for diverse audiences (board, senior leaders, and employees) that clearly articulate priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes.
- Build and maintain dynamic reports, dashboards, and scorecards that surface trends, risks, and progress for executives and their leadership teams.
- Design scalable processes, timelines, and toolkits/templates to support planning cycle initiatives.
- Lead high-priority, time‑bound strategic projects that span USRM Marketing, ensuring clear outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and measurable impact.
- Partner on monthly budgeting activities and help translate strategic priorities into financial plans and performance tracking.
- Leverage market and internal data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that inform strategy and resource allocation.

- You’re excellent at governance, influencing, problem solving, and driving pace in a fast-moving environment.
- You communicate with clarity and conviction — able to craft narratives and materials that influence and align teams.
- You’re data literate: comfortable building scorecards and quantifying the success of initiatives against business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; marketing experience preferred.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally at pace; advanced initiative management skills (governance, influencing, problem solving, and pace setting).
- Excellent written and verbal communication—able to select the right medium to align, influence, and drive clarity around ownership of key work.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to define KPIs and measure the success of initiatives against business goals.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills—comfortable building persuasive, executive‑level presentations that tell the story behind the data.
