- Partner with Legal and Compliance stakeholders to understand needs and deliver data solutions that are accurate, timely, and clearly communicated to non-technical audiences
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline team workflows, including the integration of AI-enabled tools and approaches to improve efficiency and output quality
- Assist in setting strategies for prototyping and developing data solutions that meet the needs of the organization and business customers
- Lead the team in leveraging multiple coding languages and tools to develop reusable, scalable code modules and solutions
- Apply best practices and iterative testing to ensure requirements are consistently met
- Design and develop data solutions that enable effective self-service data consumption and articulate their value to stakeholders
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor for staff, ensuring effective knowledge transfer through documentation and process management
- Act as a change agent across the organization, influencing stakeholders and driving effective project execution
- Guide the definition and implementation of proof-of-concept solutions, working with IT to scale and institutionalize them
