Summary:

Liberty Mutual’s GRS Major Accounts Strategy & Ops seeks a strategic, results-oriented Business Operations Director to partner with senior leaders across Product, Distribution and Underwriting. You’ll translate complex problems into clear plans, lead cross-functional initiatives (strategic planning, competitive intel, and operational execution).

Key responsibilities:

• Lead functional strategy: go-to-market, organizational alignment, and strategy development
• Design and run cross-functional projects from discovery to implementation.
• Perform business analysis and scenario modeling to inform decisions.
• May source and evaluate M&A/partnership opportunities; coordinate due diligence and integration planning.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to executives and develop junior analysts.

• Advanced level of knowledge of financial analysis, marketing, technology, strategic planning, management
• Strong written and oral communication skills to aid in interactions with senior management, other departments, and industry
• Capabilities required include resiliency, adaptability, self-confidence, organized, achievement-orientated, collaborative, and openness to new experiences
• Knowledge, skills are other capabilities are typically acquired through an MBA or equivalent and at least 10 years experience, some which should be in a top-tier strategy consulting role
