Summary:

Liberty Mutual’s GRS Middle Market & Industry Ops is looking for a Business Operations Director to partner with senior leaders across US Energy, Public Entity and Middle Market initiatives. You’ll translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, lead cross‑functional projects, and serve as a trusted thought partner.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead segment strategy: go‑to‑market, organizational alignment, and portfolio strategies
• Design and execute cross‑functional initiatives from scope to implementation.
• Perform business analysis and modeling to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Distribution and Claims to identify and drive initiatives.
• Partner closely with Middle Market & Industry executives and ensure high‑quality deliverables and communication.

• Advanced level of knowledge of financial analysis, marketing, technology, strategic planning, management
• Strong written and oral communication skills to aid in interactions with senior management, other departments, and industry
• Capabilities required include resiliency, adaptability, self-confidence, organized, achievement-orientated, collaborative, and openness to new experiences
• Knowledge, skills are other capabilities are typically acquired through an MBA or equivalent and at least 10 years' experience, some which should be in a top-tier strategy consulting role
