As a member of the USRM Alignment team, you will act as a strategic and consultative partner to our Experience and Strategy Executive Leadership Team. You will own driving effective executive engagement and cadences for Senior Leaders and guide strategic decision making. You will act as a liaison between teams, functional partners and enterprise groups to drive increased collaboration and improved outcomes.
The ideal candidate for this role has a background in strong strategic thinking and storytelling capabilities, an ability to lead cross functional projects and interface with senior leadership,
and welcomes challenging situations and assignments.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with other strategy and alignment leaders, as well as key Experience and Strategy (E&S) leaders and partners to synchronize and cascade strategy and goals across the organization, and ensure the teams' rhythms, focus areas, and execution models are aligned
- Optimize E&S Leadership time & management routines by vetting and prioritizing key initiatives and making critical trade-off decisions to set the right agendas to achieve/exceed team goals
- Ensure accountability of the E&S Leadership team for adhering to team norms and practices to drive more effective and agile decision-making
- Develop strategic presentations and ensure cohesive and purposeful content to various audiences including Board of Directors, Town Halls, Ratings Agencies, and internal audiences.
- Cultivate strong relationships as a trusted thought-partner and support execution of strategic initiatives with leaders across E&S, USRM and the enterprise
- Partner closely with Communications and Talent teams to amplify initiatives in support of organizational priorities
Ideal Experience Includes:
- Exceptional written and verbal storytelling skills, with experience building presentations, narratives and communications for senior leaders and diverse audiences.
- Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous situations with confidence and autonomy.
- Demonstrated experience consulting with senior leadership and influencing outcomes without authority.
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, tight timelines, and high-visibility deliverables.
Qualifications
- Advanced level of knowledge of financial analysis, marketing, technology, strategic planning, management
- Strong written and oral communication skills to aid in interactions with senior management, other departments, and industry
- Capabilities required include resiliency, adaptability, self confidence, organized, achievement orientated, collaborative, and openness to new experiences
- Knowledge, skills are other capabilities are typically acquired through a MBA or equivalent and at least 10 years experience, some which should be in a top tier strategy consulting role
