Description
Senior Analyst / Consultant – Property & Specialty Product Frontier Program Management
Do you want to help PL Property and Specialty simplify our business by defining complex problems and recommending solutions? Are you interested in collaborating across P&S Product to shape future product offerings within USRM? Frontier is USRM's most ambitious transformation effort - a multi-year program designed to radically simplify how we build and bring insurance products to market, powered by a modern Unified Insurance Platform.
The P&S Product Frontier team is looking for a Senior Analyst or Consultant ready to do meaningful, high-visibility work at the intersection of product strategy, program delivery, and organizational transformation. You'll help shape how USRM's Property & Specialty products - including Homeowners, Condo, and Specialty lines - are built on our go-forward platform. You'll work across the full P&S Product ecosystem, partnering with leaders and teams across Product Development, Delivery, Experience, and Technology to define what our future products look like. You'll also develop cross-functional working models to define how we get there.
If you want to grow your strategic thinking muscles while staying close to the product details, this role delivers both!
**This is a ranged G15/G16 posting and level offered will be based on candidate experience at manager discretion.**
*This role may have in-office requirements based on candidate location.*
What You'll Do
- Drive product convergence: Systematically research current-state P&S products, identify differences across brands and lines of business, and recommend go-forward solutions that simplify our product portfolio for UIP
- Own requirements development timelines: Build and manage workplans that keep product requirement development on track, coordinating across key stakeholders including Delivery, Product Development, and USDS
- Shape our Legacy Book strategy: Support the development of a consolidation strategy for Legacy Books across the P&S portfolio, a critical enabler of Frontier's long-term success
- Build organizational working models: Design and maintain the cross-functional engagement structures that keep P&S Product teams, Experience, and IT aligned on roadmaps, decisions, and deliverables
- Document converged product requirements: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to capture and formalize the product requirements that will power our next-generation insurance platform
What We're Looking For
- Insurance product knowledge: especially Personal Lines Property products
- Project management experience: you know how to build a plan, manage stakeholders, and keep complex workstreams moving
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills: you're comfortable breaking down ambiguous problems and turning them into clear recommendations
- A collaborative, energetic approach: Frontier moves fast and requires people who can work across teams, escalate when needed, and stay focused on outcomes
- Comfort with ambiguity: this program is evolving, and the best candidates will thrive in an environment where not everything is defined yet
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field Minimum 4 year's relevant work experience, typically 6 years.
- Master's degree beneficial. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem).
- Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
- Experience managing projects preferred.
Employees may apply for a new role after completing 12 months of employment in their current position.
