Description

The Multinational Analyst role sits within Liberty Mutual’s GRS North America Multinational Programs Group (MPG) and provides dedicated U.S.-admitted policy support for global clients. Acting as the U.S. underwriting and issuing compliance specialist for global programs, the position ensures accurate local policy execution, consults on U.S. pricing and coverage, and manages all post‑bind servicing and renewal coordination. The role partners closely with GRS wide Liberty offices, external partners, the Office of Underwriting, and production underwriters to deliver consistent, compliant, and efficient program solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Provide centralized, compliant, and efficient U.S.-admitted local policy support for global domiciled clients
  • Leveraging US underwriting background and knowledge, consult on Underwriting requests and provide guidance on US pricing and coverage
  • This role will own post-bind servicing: endorsements, billing support, local policy issuance, evidence of insurance, and renewal file readiness in partnership with functional teams where available
  • This role will coordinate renewals ensuring calendar adherence, data completeness, and SLA commitments
  • A portion of the role will be dedicated to process and projects increasing efficiency, creating standardization, and consulting on initiatives
  • Requirements include 2-5 years Underwriting background, demonstrated expertise across core lines of business but particularly US property, US UW system knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and demonstrated operational excellence

***Candidates located within 50 miles of select offices have a current in-office expectation of 2 days a week***

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of performance in Multinational Analyst or other support roles.
  • Knowledge of commercial property pricing models, coverages, endorsements, forms, cancellation/conditional renewal requirements, terms, processes and internal service departments.
  • Knowledge of commercial lines products and contract language including regulatory and policy differences among applicable states.
  • Ability to perform work accurately, timely and with minimal supervision.
  • Capabilities include critical thinking/problem solving, decision making, customer focus, detail orientation, written/verbal communications, organization, adaptability, courtesy, dependability and ability to learn/apply new information quickly and accurately.
  • Advanced Knowledge, skills and capabilities typically acquired through 6 or more years of related work experience.
  • Associates or bachelor`s degree preferred.
