Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee timely and accurate posting of Tech expenses, ensuring compliance with book close timelines and financial controls
  • Deliver monthly financial results and analysis for Technology Finance
  • Utilize multiple financial systems (Apptio, SAP, Fieldglass, Power BI) to consolidate, analyze, and present results
  • Streamline processes and drive efficiencies across the financial ecosystem, leveraging AI tools
  • Support and guide Application, Global Digital Services, and Global Cybersecurity Finance teams in expense management and chargeback reporting.
  • Handle audit requests and ensure all attestation requirements and key controls are met
  • Support monthly forecast and multi-year planning
  • Govern the Internally Developed Software process
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects with Technology and Corporate Finance teams
  • Manage and coach an onshore and offshore finance operations team, setting performance objectives and fostering development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor`s degree (Finance or Accounting) required. CPA or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of finance experience.
  • Must have strong foundation in both finance and accounting.
  • Must demonstrate ability to execute thoroughly in a fast-paced work environment, adapting quickly to changing conditions to achieve results.
  • Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and communicates effectively to a wide variety of audiences at all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable leading meetings and making presentations to increasingly large audiences. Advanced understanding of Finance Tools and Analytical Methods.
