Consultant, Advanced Analytics: Embedded Optimization Analytics

SPG I&S Analytics is looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and execution-oriented Consultant to help build and scale our Embedded Optimization Analytics capability.

Embedded insurance has evolved from an emerging capability into a meaningful growth engine. As we scale across API, Quote Widget, and other partner integration models, we need stronger analytics to understand performance, identify optimization opportunities, and translate insights into incremental new business growth.

This role will serve as a dedicated analytics partner to the embedded insurance program, helping move the organization from basic KPI reporting toward proactive monitoring, customer journey insights, conversion optimization, and scalable test-and-learn capabilities. The person in this role will work cross-functionally with partner teams, product, experience, data science, underwriting, and data partners to improve embedded program performance and support growth.

**This role may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location**

Candidates who live within 50 miles of Boston, MA; Portsmouth, NH; Seattle, WA; Columbus, OH; or Plano, TX will follow a hybrid schedule, coming into the office two days per week. Otherwise, this role is remote.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor embedded partner performance across key metrics including quotes, binds, conversion, reject rates, bridge rate, and rate dislocation

• Identify performance issues and optimization opportunities across API, Quote Widget, and other embedded models

• Analyze drivers of partner performance and recommend actions to improve results

• Support post-launch monitoring for new partners and major integration changes

• Evaluate impacts of changes to defaults, mapping, filters, and other program levers

• Partner with Experience, Product, Data Office, Data Science, and business teams to enable deeper insights and execution

• Help establish repeatable reporting, monitoring, and measurement frameworks for embedded optimization
