Description
As a member of the USRM Strategy & Alignment team, you'll work with our USRM Executive Leadership Team as a strategic and consultative partner to support how strategy gets built, communicated, and brought to life across the organization. The ideal candidate for this role has a background in strong strategic thinking and storytelling capabilities, an ability to lead cross functional projects and interface with senior leadership, and welcomes a challenge of turning complexity into clarity
*Level of position offered will be based on skills and experience at manager discretion*
**This position may have in-office requirements twice a month depending on candidate location.**
What You'll Do
- Shape the USRM narrative. Craft compelling presentations, strategic storylines, and communications for audiences ranging from the Board of Directors to USRM-wide people leader meetings, ensuring every message lands with purpose.
- Lead Small Commercial Alignment: From strategy articulation to executive presentations to leadership team enablement, you'll be the dedicated partner that supports our Small Commercial Product leadership team.
- Influence at the highest levels. Serve as a trusted thought partner, helping USRM and Small Commercial senior leaders articulate strategy, align priorities, and drive meaningful outcomes.
- Connect the dots. Act as a bridge between USRM teams, functional partners, and enterprise groups, building cross-functional momentum that accelerates results.
- Amplify what matters. Partner with Communications and Talent on organizational priorities, building shared context and clarity for employees across Small Commercial, USRM and LMG.
Ideal Experience Includes (What you bring!):
- Exceptional written and verbal storytelling skills, with experience building presentations, narratives and communications for senior leaders and diverse audiences.
- Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous situations with confidence and autonomy.
- Demonstrated experience consulting with senior leadership and influencing outcomes without authority.
- Strong strategic, big-picture thinking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, tight timelines, and high-visibility deliverables.
Qualifications
- Advanced level of knowledge of financial analysis, marketing, technology, strategic planning, management
- Strong written and oral communication skills to aid in interactions with senior management, other departments, and industry
- Capabilities required include resiliency, adaptability, self confidence, organized, achievement orientated, collaborative, and openness to new experiences
- Knowledge, skills are other capabilities are typically acquired through a MBA or equivalent and at least 10 years experience, some which should be in a top tier strategy consulting role
