Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that fuel business growth? The Data Provisioning & Reporting team within Agency Distribution Solutions is seeking a driven and innovative Data Solutions Analyst to power the success of our dynamic and rapidly expanding business. In this impactful role, you will help design, build, and maintain data solutions that empower both internal stakeholders and frontline teams within our Comparion and Direct channels—helping shape critical business decisions that drive our future.

As a Data Solutions Analyst, you will contribute to the development of innovative data products. You’ll work to identify and help resolve data challenges, supporting robust and reliable solutions. In this role, you will assist in crafting reusable datasets, dashboards, and models to drive business value. You will also help translate complex business needs into practical, data-driven solutions. You’ll collaborate with peers and leadership on projects of moderate complexity, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and assist in delivering tailored data solutions
  • Conduct data analysis and contribute to the design of solutions that support critical business objectives
  • Maintain high standards of data quality through thorough documentation and clear data lineage
  • Support efforts to enhance or automate existing data products to increase efficiency and value

They are able to translate business requirements into practical, data-driven solutions that empower internal stakeholders and frontline teams. With a focus on data quality and documentation, the ideal analyst effectively manages projects of moderate complexity and consistently seeks opportunities to improve or automate existing processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and oral communication skills required
  • Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline preferred
  • Master`s in same or related disciplines strongly preferred
  • 2 to 4 years experience in coding for data management, data warehousing, or other data environments, including, but not limited to, working in NoSQL implementation, ETL, Java, scripting languages (Python, Perl, Shell), and the Hadoop stack
