This role requires in-office attendance two days per week for candidates located within 50 miles of Boston, MA.

The Data Provisioning & Reporting team within Agency Distribution Solutions is seeking a driven and innovative Sr. Data Solutions Analyst to power the success of our dynamic and rapidly expanding business. In this impactful role, you will design, build, and maintain data solutions that empower both internal stakeholders and frontline teams within our Comparion and Direct channels—helping shape critical business decisions that drive our future.

As a Sr. Data Solutions Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative data products. You’ll proactively identify and resolve data challenges, ensuring robust and reliable solutions. In this role, you will craft reusable datasets, dashboards, and models to drive business value. You will also translate complex business needs into practical, data-driven solutions. Throughout your work, you will operate independently on projects of moderate complexity, demonstrating both initiative and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored data solutions
  • Drive data analysis and lead the design of innovative solutions that support critical business objectives
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, ensuring thorough documentation and clear data lineage

  • Provide informal mentorship and guidance to entry-level analysts, fostering their growth and development

Qualifications

  • Strong written and oral communication skills required
  • Bachelor`s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline preferred
  • Master`s in same or related disciplines strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in coding for data management, data warehousing, or other data environments, including, but not limited to, working in NoSQL implementation, ETL, Java, scripting languages (Python, Perl, Shell), and the Hadoop stack
