Description
Candidates who live within 50 miles of Boston, MA; Portsmouth, NH; Seattle, WA; Indianapolis, IN; Columbus, OH; or Plano, TX will follow a hybrid schedule, coming into the office two days per week. Otherwise, this role is remote.
This is a grade 15/16 range posting. The actual internal level/grade and compensation for this role will depend on the candidate’s geographic location, overall experience, and skill level.
The Workforce Strategy & Intelligence team within People, Purpose & Brand (PP&B) is seeking an analyst with strong analytical, technical, and consultative skills. This team partners with business and talent leaders to deliver data-driven insights, inform workforce strategy, and support enterprise talent decisions in a highly dynamic environment.
In this role, you will work on high-impact workforce analytics and strategic workforce planning (SWP) initiatives - helping leaders understand talent trends, identify opportunities, and translate insights into action. Success in this role requires comfort navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and proactively driving work forward with limited direction. You will contribute to both ad hoc analysis and longer-term workforce planning efforts while building trusted partnerships across HR and the business.
Responsibilities:
- Analytics & Insights Delivery: Analyze internal workforce data and external labor market insights to identify trends and deliver clear, actionable insights through effective storytelling and visualization.
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Support components of strategic workforce planning, including supply & demand modeling, skills insights, and workforce segmentation; Contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, frameworks, and enterprise tools.
- Strategic Consultation & Enablement: Partner with business and talent leaders to frame complex workforce questions, provide data-driven recommendations, and support workforce planning initiatives in an environment where priorities and business needs may evolve rapidly.
- Workforce Intelligence: Strengthen workforce intelligence capabilities by advancing data accessibility and integrating internal & external insights around skills, AI, and other labor market intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across workstreams and enterprise priorities (SWP, Skills, AI Transformation, Finance) and external partners, including managing vendor interactions to support team objectives.
- Team Contribution & Development: Contribute to team success by delivering on projects, sharing knowledge, and supporting the development of peers; demonstrate curiosity and adaptability by embracing new technologies and AI-driven solutions, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, efficiency, scalability, and overall team impact.
- Execution & Agility: Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities, balancing planned strategic work with urgent business requests. Demonstrate sound judgment, resourcefulness, and accountability while delivering results amid ambiguity and change.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in analytics, workforce analytics, HR analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment with incomplete information, and independently drive work to successful outcomes.
- Proficiency in data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI or similar visualization tools)
- Experience translating data into insights and communicating to non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in project management, with strong organizational and leadership skills
