Job Introduction:

USRM Technology is seeking 2 passionate, results-driven Software Engineering Managers to lead critical product areas within our Property & Specialty Product organization. These are exciting leadership opportunities for individuals who are energized by building high-performing teams, shaping modern technology strategy, and delivering meaningful business impact at scale.

We are hiring:

  • One leader for our Product Forms Definition software product team
  • One leader for our Policy Output & Provisioning team

These leaders will own and drive product and technology strategy across their software products, support key Win Now programs, lead modernization efforts, and provide day-to-day support for business-critical capabilities across both the Direct and Independent Agent ecosystems.

Each manager will support a software product portfolio of $7–8M in annual investment and oversee 5–7 teams of technology professionals. They will partner closely with cross-functional leaders across USRM to define, deliver, and support modern, scalable, and business-aligned technology solutions. These initiatives are fundamental to enabling Personal Lines product growth, protecting profitability, and supporting critical investments across Distribution, Service, Claims, and Billing.

The Product Forms Definition leader will oversee software products and services responsible for the end-to-end forms lifecycle — including business rules implementation, data orchestration across Quote, Application, and Policy systems, forms inventory management, and delivery via integrations with Policy, Billing, and Agency APIs. This includes forms supporting pre-bind, application and quote proposals, declarations, endorsements, and renewals across jurisdiction and brand-specific requirements.

The Policy Output & Provisioning leader will oversee software products responsible for delivering policy information to consumers outside of the policy platform.
