Job Introduction:

The USRM Distribution Tech organization is looking to fill a Solutions Engineer, Software position on their team. The Solution Engineer (SE) is a problem-finder and solution driver for the IA Quote Experience program. This role has a test engineering emphasis, supports business goals while ensuring implementations follow excellent test engineering practices and meet architectural standards. The SE identifies systemic constraints to quality and delivery across the SDLC—especially where complex integrations, tooling, environments, and assurance gates create friction—then designs and delivers practical, scalable solutions. The role supports teams executing end-to-end validation of their work while also delivering reusable solutions and accelerators for the wider program.

We encourage you to apply and bring your expertise if you’re a:

  • Strategic partner: You take the big picture view, whether you’re supervising architecture migrations or maintaining critical relationships with vendors and business partners
  • Motivated mentor: Exercise your technical chops while coaching and collaborating with junior engineers.
  • Systems-level engineer: With aligned teams you’ll develop use cases and test engineering solutions, partnering with cross department teams and with alignment to architectural roadmap and strategy.
  • Forward thinker: Leading by example, you’ll promote a culture of continuous improvement by finding solutions that increase efficiency, accelerate the adoption of new technologies and enhance profitability
