Recovery Resolution Rep

Review, analyze/process simple/routine to moderate Subrogation Claims. Authority level may vary based on line of business guidelines (Auto and GL, Property, and Workers Comp). Participates in team level activities.

• Participates in team level activities.
• Negotiates clear and disputed liability settlements and damage disputes (excluding Total Loss Accidents) with claimants, their carriers and/or legal counsel. Where a compromise settlement can't be reached, determines resolution strategy and handling collections referrals. Primarily handles $1 to $100k paid loss files (This would exclude unique file scenarios based on manager discretion).
• Investigates claims (Auto and GL, Property, or Workers Comp dependent on alignment) and posts file accordingly.
• Establishes action plans and manages an inventory. Responsible for protecting Statute of Limitations.
• Provides jurisdictional input to customers when engaging in settlement negotiations.
• Establishes accurate expected recovery - providing an analysis of projections.
• Proactively understands jurisdictional nuances and intervention and/or notice requirements through simple and general guidance of Team Manager.
