Description

Middle Market & Industry (MM&I) Operations is hiring a Senior Analyst to help drive the execution, coordination, and operational rhythm that support our underwriting business. The team supports $2.1B in written premium across five segments and plays a critical role in enabling MM&I's growth ambitions.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to learn the business from the inside out. You'll partner with experienced operators and business leaders, gain exposure across multiple underwriting segments and operational functions, and contribute to initiatives that directly support MM&I's growth and success.

You'll have visible responsibility from day one—coordinating projects, supporting operational processes, facilitating key business cadences, and helping drive the initiatives that keep the business moving forward.

You'll support a mix of project execution, operational oversight, and business coordination activities across MM&I. Working closely with senior operations leaders, you'll help translate priorities into action, keep initiatives on track, and ensure key business processes run effectively.

Specifically, you will:

  • Coordinate projects and workstreams that support MM&I's strategic priorities and growth objectives.
  • Develop project plans, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and help move initiatives from planning through implementation and close-out.
  • Facilitate recurring business cadences, prepare meeting materials, track action items, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Analyze business data, conduct research, and develop insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials to support decision-making.
  • Partner across underwriting, operations, risk control, and other business functions to advance priorities and remove obstacles.
  • Develop expertise in underwriting operations, business governance, and operational leadership while gaining exposure across multiple MM&I segments and functions

***This is a Grade 15/16 range posting, dependent on experience leveling***
