Description

Senior Analyst, Project Management, GRS North America Claims Strategy & Programs

About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-oriented Senior Analyst to lead and support cross line of business initiatives within GRS North America Claims. In this role, you will independently manage moderately complex projects and lead significant workstreams within large-scale strategic initiatives that are non-cyclical, highly visible, and aligned to critical Claims priorities.

In the Senior Analyst role, you will partner with leaders and stakeholders across Claims, Operations, Underwriting, and Claims Enablement to translate business objectives into actionable plans, drive execution, monitor outcomes, and deliver measurable business value. Working with limited direction, you will apply project management discipline, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking to structure ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, develop recommendations, and influence decisions.

This role is accountable for leading work across the full project lifecycle, including problem definition, project planning, stakeholder management, execution, risk mitigation, implementation, and outcome measurement. In addition to project leadership responsibilities, you will leverage research, data analysis, synthesis, and storytelling to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement across the Claims organization.

This is an ideal opportunity for a highly collaborative professional who thrives in complex environments, builds relationships across organizational boundaries, and enjoys leading work that advances Claims strategy, operational excellence, and transformation efforts.

This is a 100% remote position, but you will be required to go into the office twice a month if you reside within 50 miles of one of the following offices: Boston, MA; Hoffman Estates, IL; Indianapolis, IN; Lake Oswego, OR; Las Vegas, NV; Plano, TX; Suwanee, GA; Chandler, AZ; or Weatogue, CT. • Develop and maintain project charters, business cases, roadmaps, implementation plans, governance materials, stakeholder engagement strategies, risk assessments, and executive-level communications.
  • Facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, influencing decisions and navigating competing priorities to drive progress toward desired outcomes.

  • Monitor project performance, milestones, risks, and dependencies; proactively identify issues and develop mitigation strategies to maintain momentum and achieve objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling communications, presentations, and status updates for senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Identify and evaluate process improvement opportunities, helping to simplify work, improve operating effectiveness, and advance Claims strategic objectives.
  • Support change management and adoption efforts by partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and realization of intended business outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships across Claims, Operations, Underwriting, and partner organizations to enable collaboration and drive enterprise-focused solutions.
  • Leverage project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to improve execution discipline, governance, and consistency across initiatives.
  • Measure and communicate outcomes, lessons learned, and business impacts to inform future decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and informal leadership to less experienced team members and project contributors, helping strengthen team capabilities and ways of working.
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner by bringing forward insights, recommendations, and innovative approaches that support the evolution of Claims strategy, processes, and programs.
