Manager, Knowledge Management & Communication

As one of our Grade 15 KM content delivery managers, you’ll lead a team of associate content strategists who create and maintain engaging, accurate content that enhances our knowledge management efforts for USRM audiences.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain operational standards that optimize our organizational effectiveness within KM and across our KDS partnerships.
• Ensure knowledge resources are accessible, relevant, and useful through oversight, coaching, and development of your team.
• Manage capacity and productivity to support KM goals.
• Assess and enhance our stakeholder engagement to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Foster a high-performing and inclusive environment, recognize talent, and encourage accountability.
