Description

As a Senior Analyst, Project Management within the Process & Insights (P&I) team of GRS North America Claims Enablement, you will play a critical role in driving

process excellence and delivering actionable insights across Workers’ Compensation Claims. This position combines strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, solution delivery, and a curiosity-driven approach to understanding business problems. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Claims, Technology, Analytics, Underwriting, and Claims Learning Center, to implement a “think global, act local” approach to continuous improvement.

Core Focus Areas

Ideation, Analysis, and Solution Delivery

Identify opportunities, ask thoughtful questions, analyze root causes, and deliver innovative solutions that improve processes and outcomes across the claim's lifecycle.

Project Management

Execute all phases of the project life cycle — from scoping and planning to delivery and close-out — ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and resources.

Partner Engagement & Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships across internal and external partners to foster collaboration, influence decisions, and drive accountability.

Strategic Thinking, Insights, and Change Management

Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategies, manage change effectively, and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Expertise

Apply deep knowledge of claims processes and project methodologies to guide decision-making, mitigate risks, and ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workstreams or small to moderately complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Develop business cases and present recommendations based on analysis and trade-offs.
  • Facilitate meetings, communicate status updates, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Apply continuous improvement principles throughout project execution.
  • Capture lessons learned and best practices to inform future initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Workers’ Compensation Claims experience preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to organize work, manage timelines, assess risks and dependencies, and deliver against commitments.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and measure impact.
  • Ability to identify business process opportunities and develop sound business cases to improve processes, programs, procedures, or technology.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including executive-level storytelling.
  • Curious, self-starting approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity, ask effective questions, and advance work from problem identification through execution.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Workers Compensation Claims experience preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of project management principles and concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage the project management life cycle.
  • Proficient with project management tools.
  • Project management certification preferred.
  • Displays strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills; effective team building skills.
  • Solid business operations knowledge to include understanding the function's value chain and market conditions strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
