Lead the Fight Against Auto Physical Damage Fraud

This is a leadership opportunity to build and inspire a team of investigators on the front lines of protecting Liberty Mutual from organized fraud schemes. As Team Manager II, you'll coach and develop a team of skilled investigators who dig into the highest complexity APD claims, using critical thinking, fieldwork, desktop tools, and vendor partnerships to determine compensability and stop fraud in its tracks. You'll be the Subject Matter Expert your team looks to across multiple lines of business, and the leader who shapes how they grow, think, and perform.

Beyond the technical work, this role is about people. You'll build a team culture rooted in integrity, curiosity, and impartiality, one where investigators feel challenged, supported, and set up to do their best work while delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.

Ideal Candidate Experience:

  • 5+ years SIU expertise

Drive Customer Experience

  • Champion a culture of empathy and passion for the customer experience
  • Step in to resolve complex customer complaints, problems, and coverage questions your team can't handle alone

Solve Problems & Improve How We Work

  • Spot problematic trends early, take action to prevent recurrence, and escalate when needed
  • Foster a culture that's always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to get the work done

Partner Across the Business

  • Collaborate with policyholders, the business community, and governmental agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Champion business unit goals, keeping your team's work aligned with the broader claims strategy

If you're energized by developing people, solving complex problems, and playing a critical role in protecting Liberty Mutual from fraud, this is your seat.
