Are you a web publishing pro who combines sharp attention to detail with the technical curiosity to figure out why something is not working and make it better? If you enjoy turning marketing strategies into polished digital experiences, solving complex publishing challenges, and working across teams to get the details right, this could be a great opportunity!

Join our Digital Strategy and Operations team as a Senior Web Publisher, helping bring marketing campaigns to life on our independent agent portal. You will create personalized digital experiences for Liberty Mutual independent agents using our content management system, including building and validating audience-targeting rules that help ensure the right agents see the right content at the right time.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced web publisher who is comfortable working in HTML and CSS, understands how web experiences behave across devices and screen sizes, and can independently manage complex publishing work from intake through launch. You will partner closely with Marketing Strategy & Programs, Content & Editorial, and technology teams while serving as a trusted resource on publishing and personalization execution.

Responsibilities

CMS Publishing & Page Building

  • Build, update, and publish web pages and components across our independent agent portal, translating creative briefs and campaign strategies into polished digital experiences.

  • Partner with Content & Editorial to stage and implement copy, imagery, and design while maintaining brand, layout, and presentation standards.

  • Use HTML and CSS to fine-tune pages, troubleshoot rendering issues, and support responsive experiences across devices and screen sizes.

  • Manage multiple publishing requests and campaign timelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.

Personalization Execution & Validation

  • Build audience-targeting and personalization rules in the CMS based on campaign strategies and desired agent experiences.

  • Test and validate personalization before and after launch to ensure content displays accurately for intended audiences.

  • Investigate and resolve personalization or publishing issues, communicating findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.

  • Serve as a publishing resource on personalization execution, helping teams translate targeting strategies into effective digital experiences.

  • Leverage Liberty Mutual's suite of AI tools to enhance personalization strategies and improve publishing processes.

Project Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead complex publishing projects from intake through launch, coordinating multiple workstreams, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.

  • Use project and workflow management tools to organize work, manage competing priorities, and keep deliverables on schedule.

  • Partner across Marketing Strategy & Programs, Content & Editorial, and technology teams to align on solutions and move work forward.

  • Use available analytics and monitoring tools to support troubleshooting and inform digital experiences.

  • Identify opportunities to improve publishing workflows, processes, and best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with fellow publishers, sharing expertise and contributing to consistent, high-quality execution across the team.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage the project management life cycle for projects of varying complexity.
  • Project management certification preferred.
  • Ability to plan/organize/delegate work; communicate effectively; analyze and solve problems; give constructive feedback and praise; create alignment and adapt.
  • Displays solid business acumen and integrated thinking.
  • Proven business operations knowledge to include understanding the function's value chain and market conditions strongly preferred.
  • Competencies typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in addition to a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to include project management work and prior experience effectively providing mentoring/guidance to others.
