Responsible for leading the Division Sales Operations team responsible for sales, marketing, operational and administrative support to Comparion sales leaders and sales agents in support of achieving production, operational and retention goals. Plans and coordinates the activities of the
supervisor teams and ensures consistent delivery of support, tools and resources. Develops and maintains strong partnerships with regional leaders and communicates progress and updates as needed.
- Responsible for managing Sales Support teams across the Division to ensure consistent delivery of services that meets or exceeds partner expectations.
- Serves as primary connection point for Field Sales Support and the Division to ensure alignment around goals and initiatives around sales support activities. Partners closely with regional leaders to develop region or state specific strategies, and ensures appropriate manager and agent support structure.
- Partners closely with Regional Marketing Managers to support execution of regional marketing plans, strategies and programs
- Sets objectives, assigns and prioritizes work, provides coaching and feedback, manages performance as needed. Responsible for hiring, training and development, and performance management of Supervisors.
- Monitors sales activity and supports Supervisors in developing strategies to improve effectiveness. Responsible for the rollout of new initiatives and providing guidance to teams.
- Supports continuous improvement efforts by collecting and prioritizing suggestions from agency leadership. Prioritizes work appropriately to meet the needs of supported regions and offices.
Qualifications

Highly effective interpersonal, organization, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Ability to effectively manage a team and communicate expectations.
Ability to exercise judgment, manage competing priorities, and work with minimal direction.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Understanding of Comparion and/or sales distribution, results measures and how to drive those metrics.
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote preferred.
College education or equivalent training required, in addition to 4+ years directly related work experience, to include a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
Ability to lead a team and effectively communicate operational procedures.
Must have strong knowledge of a variety of personal insurance products, plans and programs.
