Description

Hiring Manager: Brianna Hallett

As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a strategic technical leader responsible for designing and delivering scalable technology solutions that address complex business challenges. Working closely with business partners, product teams, architects, data teams, and engineering organizations, you will translate business objectives into solution designs that are secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

In this role, you will lead solution architecture efforts across multiple initiatives, drive technical discovery and planning, identify dependencies and integration requirements, and guide delivery teams through complex implementation decisions. You will leverage deep technical expertise to evaluate tradeoffs, reduce delivery risk, and ensure solutions are designed for scalability, maintainability, security, and operational excellence.

Success in this role requires strong collaboration skills, the ability to influence across organizational boundaries, and experience communicating technical concepts to audiences ranging from engineers to executive stakeholders. You will also play a key role in advancing modern engineering practices, cloud adoption, AI-enabled ways of working, and continuous improvement across the organization.

At Liberty, you'll thrive in a hybrid setting that fosters in-person collaboration, innovation, and growth. This position follows a hybrid work model (2 days onsite) and is open to candidates located in Portsmouth, NH; Boston, MA; Plano, TX; Indianapolis, IN; and Columbus, OH.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future. We will not sponsor employment visas. Candidates who will require future sponsorship, including CPT/OPT/STEM OPT candidates, are not eligible to apply.
