The Opportunity
The Trade Execution Support Specialist will be a member of the MMLIS Trade Desk, supporting Registered Representatives, Clients, and Back Office departments with trade related inquiries, trading platform navigation, and order entry. The ideal candidate is motivated to solve problems – understanding the “why” behind a situation, has a focused attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership. They will have an understanding of trading in general securities and how financial markets work.
The Impact
- Advises Registered Representatives regarding various aspects of the Brokerage & Advisory trading platforms
- Enters orders for equities, mutual funds, options, and fixed income
- Trouble shoots escalated issues and collaborates with field partners, other departments, and 3rd party business partners to work towards a resolution.
- Responsible for ad hoc projects relating to trade research, debit balance maintenance, and callouts to Registered Representatives and Field Agency Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ years of detailed product/Trading knowledge of mutual Funds, equities and options
- 2+ years of advanced knowledge of brokerage products, trade department policies and provisions, and state and federal laws
- Series 7 and 63 required
Preferred Qualifications
- Series 24, 4, and 53 preferred
- Working knowledge of the Company’s brokerage systems
- Competencies: communicates effectively, focuses on the customer, organizational skills, demonstrates technical and functional expertise, makes sound business decisions, keyboarding and data entry skills, detail oriented, and multi-task oriented

Salary Range:
$78,000.00-$102,400.00At MassMutual, we focus on ensuring fair equitable pay, by providing competitive salaries, along with incentive and bonus opportunities for all employees. Your total compensation package includes either a bonus target or in a sales-focused role a Variable Incentive Compensation component.
