You’ll partner across business and technology teams to identify opportunities, manage large-scale projects, and deliver efficient, high-quality solutions that align with company priorities. In every aspect of the role, you’ll demonstrate accountability, agility, inclusion, curiosity, and strong communication — showing the courage to lead through change and drive meaningful results.
The Team
You’ll be part of the Field Technology Experience (FTX) team — a collaborative group focused on the strategy, delivery, and adoption of field-facing technology solutions. The team partners closely with home office technical teams, business leaders, third-party vendors, and field partners to deliver projects that meet business objectives and adhere to quality and security standards.
Your extended team includes:
- Field Technology relationship managers who ensure successful implementation across the field.
- Learning and Performance Consultants who support adoption and training efforts.
- Content and Data Managers, Developers, and Web Consultants who maintain our field portal and reporting tools.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality project execution.
- Help translate business goals into actionable technology requirements and implementation plans.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for field technology, bridging business needs and technical capabilities.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, optimize performance, and inform decision-making.
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of field technology projects — from concept through execution — ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
- Partner with cybersecurity, data, and compliance teams to maintain high standards of security and governance.
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams across the enterprise, including vendor management and integration efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across business lines, inspiring collaboration and accountability.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and champion innovative solutions.
- Motivate and guide teams to deliver outcomes that support both field and enterprise goals.
