Head of Accounting and Finance

Will oversee all accounting, audit and tax functions for a rapidly scaling SaaS company serving more than 100 financial institutions. Will work with the product and growth teams to optimize product structure and corresponding pricing within AI Banking. Specific duties include:

• Develop and implement efficient accounting and financial processes and systems that support a rapidly growing SaaS banking business:

• Oversee accounting, audit and tax activities, driving financial hygiene throughout the organization;

• Establish necessary reporting and financial controls, and strategic planning for key financial inflection points:

• Develop and implement efficient accounting and financial processes and systems that support growth, manage invoicing, expenses, payroll approval, and monthly reporting to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards;

• Prepare financial statements and performance packages for executives, board members, investors and banking partners while also directing forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis of revenues and costs.

• Partner with leaders throughout the company to direct accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, and budget management for all internal departments; and

• Drive operating cadence- board meeting preparation, weekly executive huddles, and Object and Key results (OKR) process.

About You

Minimum requirements are a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or related field and two years of experience in any suitable occupation related to Accounting and Finance of SaaS Banking. Experience must include financial leadership in building integrated financial and operational models. Experience must also include working directly with board members and investors.

Compensation Range: $175K - $235K
