What You'll Do



We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer who’s passionate about building solutions that make a real impact. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce applications that streamline processes and enhance user experience across the organization. You’ll collaborate with business partners, analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective, scalable Salesforce solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and related technologies.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce Lightning UI and security to ensure proper data access and meet organizational needs.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and event driven architecture.
  • Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Participate in system testing, debugging, deployment, and support of updates and new features.
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver practical, efficient solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, data models, and process flows.
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and best practices to continuously improve our ecosystem.

Who You Are



  • Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 3+ years work experience or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration including UI, data model, and security models.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, AWS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data architecture, user interface design, security, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development practices

Salary Range Information



Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)



$81900 - $158400 / year

Time Off Program



Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environment

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.

Hours

This role will partner with our global teams and has an expectation for flexibility in your work schedule to have a regular start time around 7:30am CST a few days a week.
