Join our Collateral & Trade Management Team, where precision, problem-solving, and partnership drive operational excellence. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead complex investment operations across a global infrastructure—ensuring seamless trade execution, collateral optimization, and lifecycle management. You’ll also help shape process enhancements and system initiatives that strengthen our firm’s investment operations platform.

We’re seeking an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings deep understanding of derivatives and collateral management, and has strong technology acumen in CRIMS and APEX.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute complex investment operations functions, including transaction management, trade support, account reconciliation, and portfolio reporting.

  • Oversee the full investment lifecycle—ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and client requirements.

  • Resolve complex issues related to trade breaks, reconciliation discrepancies, data integrity, and compliance exceptions.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for derivatives and collateral processes, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

  • Partner cross-functionally with legal, relationship management, IT, custodians, portfolio managers, and traders to resolve issues, implement process improvements, and support new initiatives.

  • Contribute to global projects and system enhancements, ensuring new securities, accounts, compliance rules, and reporting tools are fully operational and aligned with business needs.

  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis, identifying efficiencies and automation opportunities within collateral and trade operations.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.

  • 5+ years of experience in investment operations, preferably within principal investment operations, derivatives, or collateral management.

  • Deep working knowledge of derivative instruments, collateral processes, and related risk and control frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with CRIMS (Charles River Investment Management System) and APEX or comparable operational platforms.

  • Demonstrated expertise in reconciliation, trade lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance.

  • Strong analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Effective communicator and relationship builder, able to collaborate across functions and influence outcomes.

  • Proven mentor and team resource with a passion for operational excellence and process innovation.

Highly Preferred

  • 10+ years of experience working within a Principal Investment Operations team.
  • Strong understanding of global investment instruments, trade settlement processes, and data governance.

Why Join Us

You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team where your expertise and ideas directly impact operational strategy and client outcomes. We value curiosity, accountability, and partnership—and provide the tools and autonomy you need to make a meaningful difference.
